Role Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional telecalling experience
  • Accurate Australian English accent with clear, confident communication
  • Strong ability to handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Experience speaking with business owners, decision-makers, or international clients
  • Ability to follow scripts, meet targets, and maintain CRM updates
  • Professional attitude, punctuality, and commitment to quality

Location

  • Mohali, Punjab (On-site role)
