About the Role

We are seeking a talented
Full Stack Developer

with strong backend development expertise to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling software applications that power innovative, data-driven, and patient-centric digital healthcare experiences. You will work across frontend and backend systems, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and performance. Additionally, junior developers will report to this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.

  • Develop, test, and deploy robust backend services, APIs, and database structures.

  • Work on frontend user interfaces using modern frameworks to deliver engaging user experiences.

  • Collaborate in an agile environment with designers, analysts, and product owners.

  • Design and document APIs for cross-team and cross-system usage.

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.

  • Contribute to CRM and other healthcare-focused product development initiatives.

  • Mentor junior developers and ensure code quality and best practices.

Technical Skills Required

Frontend:

  • & React Native

  • Material UI, Zustand, Redux

  • HTML, CSS, LESS, SASS

  • Typescript, JavaScript fundamentals

Backend:

  • (strong expertise)

  • MongoDB

  • Web Sockets, Redis

  • API design & development

Other Tools & Platforms:

  • AWS (preferred)

  • WhatsApp Cloud API

Eligibility Criteria

  • 1–3 years of relevant full stack development experience with strong backend focus.

  • Hands-on expertise in

  • Prior experience in CRM development is a plus.

  • Preferred candidates: IIT graduates.
