Classroom Management

  • Maintain an organised, disciplined, and positive classroom environment.
  • Encourage critical thinking, discussion, and student participation.
  • Provide individual attention to students with diverse learning needs.

Academic Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments, class tests, assignments, and examinations.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain accurate academic records, grades, and progress reports.

Student Development

  • Motivate students to develop analytical and research skills.
  • Guide students in projects, debates, group discussions, presentations, and model parliament activities.
  • Encourage awareness about social issues, governance, citizenship, and human behavior.

Co-Curricular Contribution

  • Organize subject-related activities such as seminars, quizzes, field visits, and workshops.
  • Support school/college events, clubs (e.g., Social Science Club), and competitions.

Professional Responsibilities

  • Attend staff meetings, training programs, and professional development workshops.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and curriculum planning.
  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress.

Ethical & Administrative Duties

  • Follow institutional policies, academic norms, and examination guidelines.
