What you'll be doing

  • Build, deploy, and scale ML and LLM models into production.
  • Work with
    Python, FastAPI, MongoDB, Docker, and AWS
    to deliver robust AI-driven solutions.
  • Explore and apply
    Agentic AI
    approaches to solve domain-specific problems.
  • Write clean, test-driven code (we care about good engineering practices as much as AI).
  • Collaborate with a small, fast-paced team where
    problem solving > over-engineering.
  • Be part of brainstorming and solution-building sessions directly with stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience
    in software engineering.
  • Solid skills in
    Python, FastAPI, Docker, MongoDB, and AWS
    .
  • Experience deploying ML/LLM models to production environments is good to have.
  • Someone who thrives in startup culture → proactive, flexible, and ready to wear multiple hats.
  • Strong believer in
    simple solutions, TDD, and teamwork
    .
  • Bonus if you're excited about
    procurement/supply chain challenges
    .

  • Onsite in Jaipur (we're a believer in strong team collaboration).

  3. Round 2 – Experience & Problem Solving Discussion
  4. Walk us through your past work and how you approach solving tough problems.
  5. Round 3 – Pair Programming Session
  6. Work on a real-world problem statement with us (No DS/Algo – more about coding principles & problem solving).
