Machine Technician

LOCATION: Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Machine Technicians to join our growing team. You will be responsible for operating machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain CNC machines, milling machines, grinding machines, and other precision tools.
• Perform setup and calibration of machines based on job requirements.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues with machines.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets.
• Maintain logs and reports on machine performance and production metrics.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the manufacturing process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Tool & Die Making or related fields.
• Ability to understand and follow technical drawings and instructions.
• Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

Eligibility:

• Freshers are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
• Experienced candidates (1–3 years) in a similar role will have added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
