Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HMI Android Developer located in Coimbatore. Responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining Human-Machine Interface (HMI) applications for Android platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration with automotive systems. The position requires the developer to troubleshoot and optimize Android-based HMI features to deliver optimal user experience while adhering to project deadlines and requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Java/Kotlin for Android application development and strong knowledge of Android SDK
  • Experience in developing HMI solutions and a good understanding of UI/UX design principles
  • Proven expertise in debugging tools, performance optimization, and version control systems like Git
  • Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, etc.) and working with automotive-grade processors
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines while working collaboratively in an on-site team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field; experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
