Role & responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for mortgage-related roles (Loan Officers, Processors, Underwriters, Closers, Servicing Specialists, etc.).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and headhunting.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong fit for both skills and culture.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, and selection process with hiring teams.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track, report, and analyze hiring metrics to improve efficiency and quality of hires.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience from first interaction to onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of recruitment experience with a focus on Non-IT / Mortgage hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage operations, terminology, and role requirements.
  • Proven ability to source and hire candidates in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATS systems, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
