Job DescriptionThis is a remote position.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide end-to-end technical support for the E2Open Flagship system, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to implement fixes.
Support day-to-day system operations, data integrity checks, and performance monitoring.
Participate in system upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts in collaboration with the E2Open team.
Document technical solutions, system configurations, and SOPs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend system enhancements.
Ensure compliance with IT service management (ITSM) processes such as incident, change, and problem management.
Hands-on experience with E2Open Flagship system (support, troubleshooting, configuration).
Strong understanding of supply chain processes – Order Management, Inventory, Fulfillment, Logistics, Transportation, Demand & Supply Planning.
SQL proficiency – querying, debugging transactions, and validating data.
Integration expertise – EDI (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, TRADACOMS), XML, JSON, CSV.
API & Web Services – REST and SOAP for integrations with ERP/WMS/TMS.
Programming/Scripting skills – Java, Groovy, JavaScript, Python (for automation/configuration).
OS knowledge – Linux/Unix (log navigation, scripts, monitoring), Windows (hybrid setups).
Application monitoring & log analysis – Kibana, Splunk, error/debug logs, transaction monitoring.
Cloud/SaaS knowledge – multi-tenant environments, performance tuning, and security best practices.
Business process knowledge – Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Logistics Execution, Event Management workflows.
ERP integration familiarity – SAP, Oracle ERP, or similar systems.
ITSM framework understanding – incident, change, and problem management.
Experience in configuring or developing within the E2Open platform.
Familiarity with enterprise systems – ERP, WMS, TMS.
Experience with ITSM tools – ServiceNow, Jira.
Middleware basics – MQ, Tibco, Kafka for message routing.
Strong documentation & reporting skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience in system upgrades, patches, and feature rollouts.
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
