Key Responsibilties:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers and placement agencies for effective recruitment.
  2. Screen, shortlist, and connect qualified candidates with hiring managers.
  3. Manage personnel records, HR databases, and prepare HR documents.
  4. Assist in payroll by providing accurate employee data.
  5. Handle employee queries and support HR projects/events.
  6. Generate reports and presentations on HR metrics.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  3. Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.
  4. Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  5. Computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Office applications, in particular)
