UI & Graphic Designer
on behalf of
The Ayurveda Experience
. We're looking for an experienced design professional with a strong eye for aesthetics and a proven track record in creating impactful website designs and high-performing social media ads. This role involves developing creatives for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels, while also working on a variety of projects including sales pages, brochures, packaging, and brand collateral. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver visually compelling, brand-aligned content that drives engagement and supports the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities:


Create and manage visual content
such as ads, images, GIFs, videos, sales pages, brochures, packaging, and other marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and drive customer engagement across social media and eCommerce platforms.


Own the design and user experience
of the eCommerce platform, ensuring it reflects the brand's aesthetics and meets marketing objectives.


Collaborate with the marketing team
to understand target audiences, campaign goals, and messaging strategies, while conducting research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform and optimize design decisions.


Lead projects end-to-end
, managing multiple deadlines and providing creative direction to junior designers or external vendors when needed, while contributing ideas during brainstorming sessions.


Continuously improve skills and workflows
by staying updated on emerging design tools, technologies, and best practices, and delivering high-quality collateral quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree
in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, with strong proficiency in English to translate copy into design.


3+ years of experience
in graphic design, backed by a portfolio showcasing social media ads and digital marketing assets.


Expertise in design tools
, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant software.


Data-driven approach
, with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize designs to improve ad performance and CTR.


Excellent communication and organizational skills
, capable of managing multiple projects, articulating concepts, and collaborating with teams in fast-paced environments.


Creative mindset with additional skills
, such as experience in marketing teams or agencies, and knowledge of HTML/CSS, motion graphics, and video editing as a plus.
