We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager who can manage our digital presence, drive engagement, and scale our online sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Shopify, advertising campaigns, and WhatsApp marketing, along with excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Manage and update products on the Shopify store with seamless integration across sales channels.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google ad campaigns.
  • Create and manage WhatsApp Marketing campaigns, including automation flows and customer engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to ensure high ROI.
  • Coordinate with creative teams for posts, reels, and brand campaigns.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and digital partnerships.
  • Handle customer interactions with professional and fluent English communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify platform and e-commerce operations.
  • Expertise in running and optimizing ad campaigns (Meta Ads & Google Ads).
  • Understanding of WhatsApp Business / WhatsApp API marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
  • Basic SEO and email marketing knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools.
