About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and extroverted professional who can bridge consumer psychology with digital marketing. The role requires someone who understands the emotions, motivations, and behaviors of Indian consumers and translates those insights into impactful brand strategies, campaigns, and outreach initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable conducting user research, focus groups, and surveys, as well as managing social media, digital campaigns, and PR outreach to strengthen our brand presence in the B2C space.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, focus groups, and surveys to capture consumer insights and uncover brand opportunities.
- Translate research findings into marketing strategies, campaign ideas, and brand-building initiatives.
- Manage social media platforms (content, campaigns, community engagement) and ensure alignment with brand voice.
- Support digital outreach and public relations efforts to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Build and manage integrated marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative, consumer-centric brand strategies.
- Continuously track consumer behavior, cultural trends, and competitive landscape in India to adapt strategies.
- Serve as the voice of the consumer, ensuring empathy and emotional resonance in brand communication.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology, emotions, and decision-making in B2C markets.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing (SEO, social media, Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; outgoing, extroverted personality.
- Strong ability to design and execute consumer research, surveys, and focus groups.
- Creative thinker with a flair for storytelling and campaign building.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to draw marketing insights from data and research.
