Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Teaching Professional, located in Chennai. The Teaching Professional will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and providing training and guidance to nursing students. The role includes ensuring effective communication and fostering a positive learning environment. Additional responsibilities include evaluating student performance and staying updated with current educational practices and nursing standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Lesson Planning and Teaching
  • Strong skills in Education and Training within the nursing field
  • Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to foster a positive learning environment and mentor students
  • Relevant certifications and a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Prior teaching experience in a nursing institution is a plus
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
