Role and Responsibilities
  • Meet existing and new customers (Enterprise & SMB) daily and identify their requirements.
  • Progress on the identified requirements technically and commercially.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers to understand their concerns and address them.
  • Send renewal notifications to customers periodically and follow up.
  • Work on weekly/monthly targets and ensure adherence to short- and long-term growth goals.
  • Be responsible and accountable for revenues, margins, and collections.
  • Comply with MIS reporting.
  • Own the opportunities through successful POC until submitting commercial proposals.
  • Gather market intelligence on the opportunities.
  • Estimate partners' needs and goals.
  • Be ready to learn, develop, and grow skills required for the job.
Candidate Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • MBA in Marketing/Business Analytics is a plus.
  • 4 to 10 years of experience in a similar role with prior exposure to cyber security, networking, or server storage domain.
