optimization.Collaborate with the creative and content team to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging.Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.Assist in budget planning and ensure efficient allocation of spends to meet KPIs.Generate daily, weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.Track and optimize conversion funnels using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Firebase, etc.Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies/vendors to ensure timely execution of campaigns.Stay up to date with industry trends, new ad formats, and algorithm updates.Requirements & Qualifications3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media roles.Strong understanding of paid media platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.Proficiency with Google Analytics, Appsflyer, GTM, UTM tracking, and campaign attribution models.Ability to analyze data and generate insights using Excel, Google Sheets, or reporting tools like Looker Studio/Tableau.Experience with lead generation or user acquisition-focused campaigns is a strong plus.Good
