We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack .NET MVC Developer / Team Lead with expertise in developing scalable web applications and leading a team of developers. The ideal candidate should have hands-on coding experience in .NET technologies along with strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers by providing technical guidance and monitoring their work.
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and QA to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, HTML, JavaScript.
  • Manage databases and queries with MS SQL Server and MySQL.
  • Ensure best practices are followed across the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain software quality.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance of applications.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into development practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in software development with .NET technologies.
  • Proven experience in ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, C#, HTML, JavaScript.
  • Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server and MySQL.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, software architecture, and design principles.
  • Experience leading or mentoring a development team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.
