Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Program Maintenance Specialist. The Program Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for managing programs, analyzing program performance, providing training sessions, offering excellent customer service, and ensuring effective communication across teams. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and updating program standards, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate documentation.
