We are hiring a Staff Software Development Engineer to join our Engineering team. The role combines the "building" aspect of software design engineering with the "breaking" aspect of software test engineering. Reporting to the Director, Engineering, you will: 

• Writing frameworks and tools to test products
• Designing and developing wide-reaching tools
• Writing code that automatically verifies the quality of the product

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 5+ years of working on systems, or/and distributed systems with a focus on networking/firewall technologies, and cloud infrastructure
• Hands-on experience in Python or Golang
• Knowledge public cloud computing platforms such as AWS/GCP/Azure
• Knowledge of virtual environments like Docker, containers, Kubernetes, OVA
• Knowledge of building automation framework

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack, HTTP, TLS, PKI and other related protocols and products (DNS, DHCP, VPN, HA, routing and switching)
• Understanding of security technologies like firewall, IPS, Authentication,VPN
• Reasonable expertise in software development and development automation
