Role & responsibilities

  • Build and deploy chatbots and voice bots for enterprise use cases.
  • Collaborate with team members to design end-to-end conversational AI solutions.
  • Integrate bots with business systems and maintain high-quality dialog flows.
  • Stay updated with advancements in GEN AI and leverage them in ongoing projects.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in designing and delivering solutions using Playbooks, DialogFlow, and Voice/Chatbots is mandatory.
  • Prior hands-on delivery of Voice and/or Chat Bot projects.
  • Familiarity with MCCS area is a plus.
  • Experience with Python and Generative AI concepts/projects.
  • Proficiency with at least one of: Playbooks, DialogFlow, or equivalent conversational AI tools.
  • Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, React, etc., will be a plus.
  • Ability to understand and incorporate other relevant skills required for a conversational AI project.
  • Playbooks OR DialogFlow (mandatory)
