IT Manager

• Team and Staff Management: Lead, mentor, and evaluate the IT staff, ensuring a high-performing team and providing training.
• IT Infrastructure Oversight: Manage networks, servers, storage, and end-user devices to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Project Management: Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations, while adhering to budgets and timelines.
• Security and Compliance: Implement IT security policies, firewalls, and disaster recovery plans. Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT department's annual budget, ensuring expenses align with organizational goals.
• Vendor Management: Manage vendor contracts and relationships for third-party IT solutions and services.
• System Administration: Administer and maintain key systems like Active Directory, Windows servers, and Microsoft Office 365.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve technical challenges to minimize downtime and improve system performance.
