Roles & Responsibilities:

*Lead and support Oracle Retail IPOCS – Demand Forecasting implementation, configuration, and customization.

*Design AI-driven retail planning solutions using GenAI and Agentic AI technologies.

*Bridge technical AI concepts with business objectives to ensure value-driven outcomes.

*Apply hands-on expertise in LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and multi-agent systems.

*Utilize strong understanding of AI/ML, NLP, and forecasting methodologies within Oracle Retail.

*Work across AIP, RMS, RPAS, and related Oracle Retail integrations.

*Perform data modeling, SQL-based troubleshooting, and BI/reporting.

*Deliver projects through end-to-end lifecycle — from requirements to post-go-live support.

*Collaborate in Agile/Waterfall environments with strong communication and analytical skills.
