About the Role
We're on the hunt for a
Senior Product Manager
with a strong track record in building and launching impactful
GenAI-powered products
from scratch. You will drive end-to-end product ownership—from problem discovery and market research to roadmap definition, MVP execution, and go-to-market (GTM) success.

What You'll Do
Lead the ideation, strategy, and delivery of Generative AI products, features, and tools.
Own the full product lifecycle—from concept, architecture, and experimentation to execution and optimization.
Define clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics aligned to business goals.
Partner with AI/ML engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to craft effective go-to-market strategies.
Stay ahead of emerging GenAI trends, LLM technologies (OpenAI, Claude, Google Gemini, etc.), and apply them creatively to solve real-world challenges.
Ensure compliance, data privacy, and ethical use of AI, especially for Healthcare/Salesforce-based use cases.
What We're Looking For
10
–15+ years
of product management experience, preferably in
AI, SaaS, or Platform Products
Proven experience shipping
Generative AI products
or solutions (e.g. GPT, Claude, custom LLMs)
Experience working in or building for the
Salesforce ecosystem
or
Healthcare/HealthTech domain
is
highly preferred
Strong understanding of
LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, embeddings
, etc.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
You bring a strong GTM sense: product-market fit, segmentation, positioning, and launch excellence
Strategic thinker with startup mindset: agile, user-focused, iterative
Strong communicator who can align cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Nice to Have (Bonus Points)
Experience integrating GenAI into
Salesforce workflows
, CRM automation, or patient management systems
Background in
B2B SaaS
or
platform product strategy
Understanding of compliance standards like
HIPAA

GDPR
in product design
Prior experience in
early-stage products or startups
Familiarity with tools like
LangChain, Pinecone, Weaviate
