The purpose of this role is to ensure the growth and profitability of assigned current account relationships. The focus is on building value and cross-selling relevant products and services to enhance the overall customer relationship.

Summary of the Role:

As a Relationship Manager, your key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with customers through personal visits at predefined intervals.

  • Offering specialized assistance to resolve customer queries and address service requirements promptly.

  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the relationship value by providing suitable banking products, including those for family and business needs.

  • Understanding the customer's business profile and requirements to recommend products such as Trade Finance, Forex, Cash Management Services, Loans, and Insurance.

  • Encouraging the migration of transactions to digital banking channels based on customer preferences.

  • Participating in central initiatives to maintain portfolio health, activate accounts, and ensure balance maintenance.

Eligibility and Requirements to Apply:

To be eligible for this role, you should have:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience, with exposure to banking preferred.

  • Graduation or higher education.

  • Strong sales and influencing skills.

  • Knowledge of banking products and processes.

  • Effective planning and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication abilities.

  • Awareness of competition and current trends in the financial industry.

  • Experience collaborating with various stakeholders, including customers, branch banking teams, TPP teams, and asset teams.
