Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished
Sales Manager (Growth Manager)
with a proven record of selling enterprise software products or platforms. This role demands a strategic, consultative seller who can translate complex technology into business value, build strong client relationships, and close high-value deals.

You will lead revenue growth across target markets, engage CXO-level stakeholders, and position Yavar's AI-driven solutions as a trusted partner in enterprise innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales & Growth

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and acquiring enterprise clients across key verticals.
  • Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with company objectives.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Consultative & Value-Based Selling

  • Engage decision-makers to understand their business challenges and align Yavar's AI platforms as transformative solutions.
  • Conduct insightful, high-impact presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Develop customized proposals and RFP responses highlighting ROI and business impact.
  • Partner with solution consultants to deliver tailored proof-of-concepts and proposals.

Market Intelligence & Strategic Collaboration

  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine positioning.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to shape GTM strategies and sales materials.
  • Provide customer insights to influence product roadmaps and solution innovation.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

  • 8–10 years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record in consultative, high-value B2B selling and deal closures.
  • Experience selling AI, analytics, digital transformation, or cloud-based solutions is preferred.

Sales Acumen:

  • Strong grasp of solution selling, customer segmentation, and pipeline management.
  • Skilled in handling complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Adept at developing executive-level relationships and influencing decision-makers.

  • Strategic thinker with a strong bias for execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
