Job Title: Innovation Lead – Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

Salary: 8 LPA - 10 LPA (Based on Experience)

Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 Years in AI/ML development with hands-on experience in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, LLM fine-tuning, or Robotics. Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Innovation Lead to drive AI/ML initiatives across our aviation solutions. This role involves leading a team, shaping technical strategy, and building advanced AI, machine learning, and computer vision applications.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Define the technical direction of AI/ML projects aligned with company goals.
• Provide strategic guidance on emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
• Oversee development best practices and ensure high-quality technical delivery.

Team Management

• Lead, guide, and mentor a team of AI/ML student developers.
• Conduct performance reviews and support the learning and growth of team members.

Technical Expertise

• Design and implement AI/ML models and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and translate requirements.
• Review and maintain coding standards across the team.
• Apply strong foundations in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Statistics.
• Develop solutions using Neural Networks, Pattern Recognition, and Algorithms.
• Work with TensorFlow, PyTorch, C++, and Python.
• Hands-on experience in Deep Learning and Computer Vision (object detection, segmentation, etc.).
• Experience in 3D SLAM, point cloud mapping, or related CV techniques (highly preferred).

IT & Network Leadership

• Contribute to the design and management of IT network infrastructure.
• Implement and oversee remote work solutions and distributed team operations.

Key Skills & Experience

• Deep expertise in Computer Vision (object detection, segmentation, 3D mapping).
• Strong applied experience with LLM training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Robotics project experience: sensor fusion, perception, SLAM, navigation.
• TensorFlow, PyTorch, Python, C++.
• Strong grounding in Algorithms, Neural Networks, Mathematics, and Statistics.
• Experience with MLOps, model optimization, and scalable deployment (preferred).
• Exposure to aviation systems or industrial automation (added advantage).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technology leadership role, preferably in aviation or a related industry.
• Advanced understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
• Strong experience in IT infrastructure and system architecture.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-inspiration skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
