Content Writer and Social Media Manager (Freelancer not apply this job )

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Content Calendar Planning
  • Create monthly content calendars for clients (Corporate, B2B, and B2C).
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
  • Content Writing
  • Write engaging captions for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Creative Coordination
  • Provide clear content direction and brief to the graphic design team.
  • Guide designers on creatives based on brand tone, messaging, and campaign goals.
  • Review the designed graphics and ensure alignment with content and strategy.
  • Client Communication
  • Attend meetings with clients to understand content and marketing requirements.
  • Discuss strategy, campaign objectives, and weekly/monthly plans with clients.
  • Approval Process
  • Coordinate with internal team and senior members for content and graphic approvals.
  • Share approved creatives with the client for final confirmation.
  • After client approval, send the posts to the social media handling team for scheduling.
  • Social Media Strategy & Growth
  • Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Suggest campaign ideas, hashtag strategies, influencer collaborations, and platform-specific tactics.
  • Team Coordination
  • Ensure timely communication and coordination between content, design, and scheduling teams.
  • Track post deadlines and campaign launch schedules.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in social media content writing and digital marketing.
  • Excellent command of written English and creative writing skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & other platforms.
  • Experience working with design teams and creative workflows.
