Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to lead the implementation, customization, and support of SAP Finance and Controlling modules within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions that optimize finance operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead SAP FICO module implementations, upgrades, and integrations as part of larger ERP projects.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP FI and CO configurations.

- Configure SAP FI modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.

- Configure SAP CO modules such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.

- Collaborate with business users to understand their financial processes and identify opportunities for process improvements using SAP.

- Support end-users by providing training, troubleshooting issues, and offering technical solutions.

- Work closely with technical teams for system enhancements, data migrations, and integration points with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP).

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and test cases.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies within SAP implementations.

- Participate in SAP testing phases including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Assist in post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Information Technology.

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO modules configuration and support.

- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and controlling processes.

- Experience with SAP integration and data migration tools.

- Ability to work independently and in teams, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Excellent communication skills to liaise between technical teams and business users.

- SAP FICO certification is highly preferred
