Role Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and enhancing employee benefits programs across the APAC region. This position requires a deep understanding of the regional benefits landscape and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Benefits Administration and Compliance
Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and leave policies across the APAC region.
Responsible for vendor management of all benefit plans to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices
Partner with local HR teams, external vendors, and consultants to address region-specific needs.
Ensures overall benefit plan data integrity by monitoring vendor interfaces, recommending improvements and storing key documents.
Assists in Mergers and Acquisitions by gathering data, preparing due diligence plan comparisons and high-level summary analysis.
Supports benefit team on day-to-day administration, special projects and initiatives
Conduct regular audits and reviews of benefit programs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support in completing benchmarking surveys and assesses results
3. Data Analysis and Reporting
Analyze and interpret data to evaluate the effectiveness, utilization, and cost of benefits programs.
Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for leadership, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
Forecast and manage benefits budgets to optimize costs while maintaining competitive offerings.
4. Employee Communication and Engagement
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across the APAC region.
Design employee surveys and gather feedback to assess satisfaction with benefits and identify areas for improvement.
Key Competencies
4+ years of Experience in Benefits Administration
APAC Exposure
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Strategic Mindset: Forward-thinking approach to benefits design and optimization.
Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to adapt to diverse cultures and manage regional differences.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Skilled in resolving challenges related to benefits administration and compliance.
Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors
