We are expanding our marketing operations and looking for a driven, highly creative, and results-focused Group Marketing Executive to lead and execute marketing strategies across all our brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • ‌

  • Plan, execute, and manage group-wide marketing campaigns to boost visibility and sales.

  • Develop targeted marketing strategies for Singapore's market.

  • Oversee brand consistency and quality across all business units.

  • Content & Campaign Management
  • Coordinate with design, content, and media teams for social media, ads, and promotional materials.
  • Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Manage seasonal promotions, product launches, and event showcases.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure ROI.
  • Provide weekly and monthly marketing performance reports to the CEO.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales, events, and production teams to ensure marketing is aligned with business goals.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners for collaborations and sponsorships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience (events, lifestyle, weddings, or luxury industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media ads, SEO, SEM, and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in weddings, events, or hospitality marketing.
  • Knowledge of Singapore's market trends and customer preferences.
  • Creative design sense (basic Canva/Photoshop skills a plus).
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, trello , or similar tools.
