Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Researcher role located in Pune. The Researcher will be responsible for conducting primary and secondary research, analyzing data, preparing reports, and synthesizing insights to meet client needs. Key tasks include identifying sources of information, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. The role also involves actively engaging in projects to deliver actionable and tailored recommendations for decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in primary and secondary research, data collection, and industry analysis.
  • Proficiency in preparing reports, synthesizing findings, and presenting actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team collaboration skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • Experience in consulting or research-based roles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with expert networks or client-facing roles is an advantage.
