Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager, located in Buldhana, Mehkar, Jalna, Nashik. The Regional Manager will oversee daily operations, manage branch performance, and ensure targets are met within the assigned region. Responsibilities include leading and developing branch staff, implementing marketing strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. The Regional Manager will play a key role in fostering community relationships and driving women entrepreneurship in the region.

Qualifications

• Operational management and team leadership skills
• Experience in marketing strategies and customer satisfaction
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the microfinance sector
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Experience in the financial services sector, particularly in microfinance, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
