Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Associate located in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India. The Operations Associate will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient processes. This includes coordinating with various teams, managing worker schedules, and ensuring timely and quality project completions. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
