The Senior Software Engineer works with a team of onshore developers and Off-shore Product Manager (together known as Falcons scrum team) to design and develop the best of breed software offerings for the CRM industry. What You'll Do At Pega

  • Develop and maintain ML/AI components including model execution framework, Model pipelines, prediction services etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into platform services and decisioning tools.
  • Work on datasets such as Parquet.
  • Participate in sprint planning, demos, and reviews.
  • Handle job configuration, execution, and monitoring using internal frameworks and tools.
  • Address customer issues and contribute to hotfixes and incident resolution.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand project requirements and ensure quality.

Who You Are
You are a Senior Software Engineer who is skilled in java and devops (Docker and Kubernetes) and passionate about exploring and applying the latest cutting-edge technologies to maintain high quality of the product.

  • Around 4-5 years of software development experience.
  • Agile/Scrum development methodology knowledge/experience.
  • Strong programming skills in Java and Python.
  • Strong in Data structures and algorithms.
  • Knowledge on testing frameworks like Cucumber, Junit etc…
  • Ability to troubleshoot performance issues and optimize resource usage.
  • Experience with ML frameworks and data processing tools (e.g., Parquet, Spark) will be added advantage.
  • Should be able to leverage Generative AI capabilities in the role.

  • Designed, developed, and deployed large-scale enterprise software systems using Java, microservices, and cloud-native technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
  • Integrated microservices architecture, improving code readability, scalability, and debugging efficiency.
  • Enhanced system performance by optimizing server response times and reducing downtime through proactive monitoring and automation using grafana or other related tools.
