Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Fleet Incharge focused on Highway Projects. The Fleet Incharge will oversee the day-to-day management of the fleet, ensuring optimal operation and maintenance. Responsibilities include monitoring vehicle usage, coordinating repairs and maintenance, handling inventory management, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Effective communication with the operations team and external service providers is essential in this role.

• Strong Analytical Skills and Operations Management experience
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficient in Inventory Management
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
