• Develop and maintain an integrated project schedule encompassing all blocks, disciplines, and phases (Design, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Validation).
• Monitor project progress continuously against the baseline and update schedules with inputs from Project Managers, contractors, and vendors.
• Identify critical path activities and bottlenecks; promptly communicate these to respective Project Managers for immediate corrective actions.
• Conduct regular schedule review and coordination meetings with Project Managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure schedule alignment and address delays.
• Engage directly with vendors and suppliers to collect, review, and negotiate their schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines and PM plans.
• Work closely with Procurement and Project Managers to expedite material deliveries from vendor manufacturing sites, ensuring timely supply to meet construction and commissioning schedules.
• Support Project Managers in developing and tracking schedule recovery and mitigation plans for delayed activities.
• Manage schedule baseline changes, ensuring proper documentation, approval, and communication to all stakeholders.
• Integrate commissioning, validation, and regulatory activities into the master schedule to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and present detailed schedule reports, forecasts, and risk analyses for senior management.
• Collaborate with Cost Control teams to align schedule updates with budget forecasts and cash flow plans.
• Ensure consistency and integrity of schedule data using project management tools and enforce standard scheduling practices.
• Promote early risk identification and foster proactive schedule management culture within the project team.

CANDIDATES PROFILE:

· Strong understanding of project lifecycle – Design, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Validation

· Proven experience in developing and managing large, multi-disciplinary project schedules using tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar

· Hands-on experience in critical path analysis, progress tracking, and delay impact assessment

· Familiarity with vendor scheduling, expediting, and material tracking

· Experience working closely with Procurement, Engineering, and Project Management teams

· Excellent analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with contractors, vendors, and senior stakeholders

· Knowledge of EPC/EPCM project structures and reporting requirements is desirable

Certification in project scheduling (e.g., PMI-SP) is an added advantage
