Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Security Analyst BeyondTrust Endpoint Privileged Management Adminstrator (L2/L3) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of endpoint privileged access management and BeyondTrust administration experience. Additional responsibilities for this role include assisting the team in any ad hoc projects or regular operation and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate security incidents.
  • Administer our EPM BeyondTrust solution and workstyles to minimize disruptions to users and the business while securing privileged access on Schreiber endpoints.
  • Implement improvements to EPM processes based on best practices.
  • Update policies within BeyondTrust utilizing Change Management processes.
  • Creating, modifying, and disabling user accounts in the organization's identity management system.
  • Granting and revoking user access to systems and applications based on approved policies and procedures.
  • Conducting regular reviews of user access to ensure compliance with security policies and organizational requirements.
  • Identifying and resolving access-related issues and problems.
  • Maintaining up-to-date documentation of IAM policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Assisting with compliance efforts by providing documentation and evidence for audits.
  • Providing support to users on access management policies and procedures, and potentially training them on the IAM system and Security Awareness.
  • Monitoring access logs and auditing access activities to identify potential security risks or violations.
  • Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of emerging trends in IAM technologies and security protocols.

Specific Tasks:

  • Handling incidents and service requests related to access management.
  • Performing infrastructure health checks and system monitoring.
  • Assisting with the implementation of security measures like multi-factor authentication (MFA).
  • Supporting the update of IAM policies and procedures.
  • Reporting on KPIs and metrics related to IAM.
  • Collaborating with security and IT teams to ensure appropriate access controls.
  • Providing support to the Security team in investigating security incidents related to user access management.
  • Complete development and testing related to IAM project tasks within Jira.

Qualification/Skill set: -

  • Bachelor degree in Business, IT, IS or related field
  • 5+ years experience in Information Security, EPM
