Key Responsibilities:

  11. Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities.

  12. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

  13. Quality Assurance:

  14. Implement and maintain quality control procedures.

  15. Conduct inspections and audits to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards.

  16. Resolve technical issues and recommend improvements.

  17. Client and Vendor Interaction:

  18. Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and provide technical support.

  19. Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

  20. Review and approve vendor documentation and drawings.

  21. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):

  22. Ensure all piping activities comply with HSE regulations.

  23. Promote a safety-first culture within the team.
  24. Participate in HSE audits and risk assessments.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in piping engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role.

  • Extensive experience with piping design software (e.g., AutoCAD, E2D,).

  • Skills:

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of piping materials, fabrication, and installation techniques.

  • Proficiency in industry codes and standards

  • Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
