Position Overview:
Johnson Controls is seeking a skilled and experienced Tealium Administrator to join our Global Marketing IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Tealium platform, ensuring seamless integration, efficient tag management, and compliance with cookie regulations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation and configuration of Tealium (including Tealium iQ Tag Management, EventStream, and DataAccess).
  • Manage tag deployments, updates, and optimizations to ensure the efficient operation of Tealium's various components.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and ensure the Tealium platform is fully integrated with other marketing and analytics systems.
  • Ensure that all cookies deployed via Tealium comply with local and international privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Develop and implement cookie consent management solutions, ensuring compliance with user preferences and regulations.
  • Monitor and update cookie policies and consent banners as needed to maintain compliance.
  • Administer the integration of data sources, ensuring proper data flow into Tealium's EventStream.
  • Work with stakeholders to set up and manage data points, triggers, and actions across various user touchpoints.
  • Ensure accurate event tracking and reporting in Tealium and associated systems (such as analytics platforms).
