Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Developer with 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance Java applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-4 years of professional experience in Java development.
  • Strong knowledge of Core Java, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Java 8+ features.
  • Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data).
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency with JPA/Hibernate and relational databases like MySQL, Oracle.
  • Familiarity with Maven/Gradle, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience in unit testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
