Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Crafter at Lakeview Milk Bar located in Bengaluru. The Head Crafter will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing crafter teams, ensuring quality control, innovating new milk recipes, and maintaining inventory. The Head Crafter will also be responsible for training new staff, collaborating with management to improve processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in crafting, managing teams, and operational management
• Quality control and inventory management skills
• Innovative and creative thinking for new recipes
• Strong leadership and training capabilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Management, or a related field
• Ability to complete shift till 1 am
• Salary range depending on experience.
• Proficiency in English is must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240, ₹360,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
