Role Description

We are seeking a
Generative AI Engineer
with a strong background in large language models and AI agent development. This is a full-time
on-site
role based in
Chennai
.

You'll be responsible for designing and deploying intelligent AI agents powered by LLMs, integrating tools and APIs, and building agent workflows that solve real-world business problems. You will work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to turn ideas into production-ready systems.

Key
Responsibilities
:

  • Build and deploy LLM-powered AI agents using frameworks like
    LangChain
    ,
    CrewAI
    , or
    AutoGen
  • Integrate agents with external tools, APIs, databases, and real-time systems
  • Implement
    Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
    and vector search pipelines
  • Fine-tune models or apply adapters (e.g., LoRA, PEFT) where ever needed
  • Develop robust prompt strategies and manage agent memory and context
  • Analyze performance and continuously optimize for speed, reliability, and accuracy
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI and apply them in production
  • Document technical approaches and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
  • Research on new architectures and Agent Development approach

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of
    LLMs
    , prompt engineering, and multi-agent architecture
  • Proficiency in
    Python
    , and familiarity with
    LangChain
    ,
    LlamaIndex
    , or similar libraries
  • Experience with
    vector databases
    (e.g., Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS)
  • Strong foundation in
    machine learning
    ,
    deep learning
    , and
    NLP
  • Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
  • Hands-on knowledge of model training, fine-tuning, or open-source LLMs is a must
  • Prior experience building or integrating chatbots, virtual assistants, or autonomous agents
  • Bachelors/Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
