Role Summary

We are looking for a Full Stack AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in building AI-driven platforms, data products, and enterprise-grade applications. The candidate must have deep expertise in Python, AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and modern Data Platforms (Microsoft Fabric). This role will involve end-to-end solutioning – from data engineering, model development, to deployment and integration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, train & deploy AI/ML models (traditional + GenAI + LLM fine-tuning)
  • Build end-to-end pipelines leveraging Microsoft Fabric ecosystem
  • Work with OneLake, data warehouse design, notebooks, T-SQL queries
  • Create semantic data models and integrated dashboards in Power BI
  • Build microservices, serverless functions (Lambda) and cloud-native apps
  • Integrate AI systems with SharePoint, APIs, external data sources
  • Implement security best practices (IAM, role-based access)
  • Work closely with product, architects and business to define AI use-cases
  • Optimize models and data pipelines for performance and cost
  • Maintain code quality, version control and deployment pipelines via GitHub

Must Have

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering + full stack development
  • Strong Python development background
  • Solid knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and modern GenAI tooling
  • Experience in Microsoft Fabric ecosystem

Good to Have

  • Experience with Copilot Studio and Model Context Protocol
  • Previous experience in enterprise SaaS products
