Job Title: Unit Director (Hospital Operations)

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in the hospital/healthcare sector

Location: Chetpet, Chennai

Language: Proficiency in Tamil is an added advantage

Compensation: Up to 36 LPA (including variable pay)

Job Type: Full-Time

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in hospital administration, operations, or technology management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Preference for candidates from South India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee hospital operations, ensuring efficiency in clinical and non-clinical functions
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organisational goals
  • Monitor budgets, KPIs, and quality standards for service excellence
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a culture of performance and patient-centric care
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
  • Drive technology adoption and process improvements for operational efficiency
