Working Model: Full-Time | Hybrid

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days (LWD confirmation date to be discussed)

Work Mode & Shift Details

  • Shift Timings (Current Project): 3:00 PM 11:30 PM OR 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
  • Location: Bangalore
  • Work Mode: Currently remote due to shift timings.
  • Future Mode: Depending o
    n project reassignment, the role will switch to Hybrid with General shift hours.

Role Summary

We are seeking a 
Python Fullstack Developer
 with expertise in 
Python, React, and AWS or Azure or GCP
 to contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of our platforms.

Essential Skills & Responsibilities

Technical Skills

  • Strong professional experience in full-stack software engineering.
  • Proficiency in 
    Python
     and 
    React
    . (Mandate)
  • Familiarity with
    AWS, AZURE
    ,
    GCP.
  • Strong understanding of 
    server-side programming
     and 
    client-side technologies
     (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
  • Experience with 
    continuous delivery
     and modern development practices.
  • Ability to leverage 
    data-driven decision-making
     in development.

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong collaboration skills across teams, functions, and cultures.
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to designs, coding, testing, and reviews as part of a cross-functional agile team.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and support evolving development practices.
  • Contribute to and align new development with 
    platform architecture

  • Support development processes, platform health, and manage technical debt.
  • Write 
    efficient, reusable, and reliable code
     with a focus on performance and scalability.
  • Develop 
    unit and integration tests
     to ensure code quality.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and provide 
    production support
     as required.
  • Stay current with industry trends and apply them to improve processes.
  • Deliver 
    testable, instrumented, and reliable code
    .
