Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time position aimed at junior-level professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in visual arts and design, with excellent proficiency in industry-standard design tools. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the creative vision of our company.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, providing high-quality visual content quickly and efficiently (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent command of Adobe Illustrator for vector art and illustration purposes (Mandatory skill).
  • Skilled in logo design, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of creative and effective logo designs (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in using Adobe InDesign to create engaging layouts for print and digital media.
  • Knowledge of Figma, with the ability to create interactive prototypes and collaborate with team members.
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles to enhance user interactions and experiences across platforms.
  • Strong grasp of color theory to select harmonious color palettes that communicate the intended message.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring the highest quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and team members to develop design solutions that meet project requirements.
  • Create visually appealing content for a variety of media, including social media, print, and digital platforms.
  • Design and refine logos, branding elements, and marketing materials that reflect the company's identity.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate them into ongoing projects where applicable.
  • Work with copywriters and other creatives to ensure concepts are delivered accurately and effectively.
  • Prepare and present design concepts, receiving feedback and iterating on designs as required.
  • Maintain a consistent brand image across all projects and communications.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
