Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and talented Mechanical Design Engineers (Freshers) with strong knowledge of SolidWorks to join our design and engineering team. The role involves supporting product development, 3D modeling, drafting, and assisting senior engineers in delivering innovative and cost-effective design solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to start their career in mechanical design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create 3D CAD models, detailed drawings, and assemblies using SolidWorks.
  • Assist in conceptual design, product modeling, and drafting work under guidance.
  • Support senior engineers in design calculations, tolerance analysis, and documentation.
  • Work on BOM (Bill of Materials) preparation and maintain design records.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and project teams to ensure design feasibility.
  • Participate in prototyping, testing, and validation activities.
  • Learn and apply industry standards, engineering practices, and design procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks (knowledge of AutoCAD/Creo/CATIA/NX is a plus).
  • Good understanding of engineering fundamentals (mechanics, materials, manufacturing processes).
  • Basic knowledge of GD&T and drafting standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Passion for product design and innovation.
  • Internship or project experience in CAD/Mechanical Design is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
