Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle DevOps Fusion Scrum Master to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, specifically within DevOps environments. Strong knowledge in Oracle Fusion applications and proficiency in managing Scrum processes are required. The candidate should be capable of leading cross-functional teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects while adhering to Agile best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

  • Coach and guide teams in Agile principles and practices to enhance collaboration and productivity.

  • Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog effectively.

  • Monitor sprint progress and performance metrics to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

  • Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in software development and DevOps practices.

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.

  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion applications.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Certifications like Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent are a plus.
