Job Description

We are seeking a talented Laravel Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in web application development. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Laravel, PHP, and web technologies. As a Laravel Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that meet the needs of the business and end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development & Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain web applications and APIs using the Laravel framework.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, front-end developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality products.
  • Architecture & Design: Participate in the system architecture and design process to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Database Management: Manage and optimize MySQL and other database systems, including writing complex queries and designing schemas.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in applications, identify bottlenecks, and optimize performance.
  • Version Control: Use Git or other version control systems for collaboration and code management.
  • Testing & Debugging: Write unit tests, perform debugging, and ensure high-quality code through manual and automated testing.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, Laravel updates, and best practices to continuously improve code quality and team skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Laravel development and PHP.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Laravel framework (including Eloquent ORM, Artisan, and Blade templating engine).
  • Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies like , React, or Angular.
  • Strong experience with MySQL and database design.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and Web Services integration.
  • Experience with Git, Composer, and other version control tools.
  • Development Tools: Familiarity with development tools and environments like Docker, Laravel Forge, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Bonus:
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or DigitalOcean.
  • Experience in building and managing large-scale web applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).

Job Type: Freelance

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹25, ₹64,192.57 per month
