Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative UI Designer to craft engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital interfaces. The ideal candidate will work closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers to translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive designs for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing and functional user interfaces for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to ensure seamless user experiences across all platforms.
  • Translate wireframes and user research into high-fidelity visual designs.
  • Design and maintain style guides, design systems, and UI components for consistency.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Conduct design reviews and ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
  • Stay up to date with the latest UI trends, design tools, and best practices.
  • Optimize designs for usability, performance, and responsiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.
  • Attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics and pixel-perfect design.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Experience designing for mobile-first and cross-platform interfaces.
  • Understanding of UX principles and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Portfolio showcasing UI design work across multiple projects.

Pay: ₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month
