Blissclub is a community first consumer brand crafting insanely comfortable activewear for the women of India. Founded in 2020 by ISB alum Minu Margeret, Blissclub has raised $17.25 Mn till date, latest, Series A of $15 million in May 2022 led by Eight Roads Ventures and Elevation Capital. This fundraise, one of the largest ever Series A round by an Indian direct-to-consumer brand, comes less than a year after Blissclub raised $2.25 million in seed funding from Elevation Capital in May 2021.

Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (on-site)

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the launch of new store locations, including construction, fit out and handover.
• Ensure that projects are completed within cost guardrails set by the organization
• Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and on track.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including landlords, contractors, and vendors, to ensure all timelines and budgets are met.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, and regularly update all stakeholders on progress.
• Ensure all projects comply with local regulations and laws.
• Identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Provide support to store managers and staff during the launch process and ensure a smooth handover to the operations team.

What you need :

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6- 10 years of overall experience with a minimum 5 years of experience in project management, and at least 3 years of experience in retail
• Strong leadership and execution skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience working in India and knowledge of local regulations and laws is a plus.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Designing technical apparel for movement requires a deep understanding of the problems faced by the wearer and we at Blissclub are spearheading a revolution to design with intent and for everybody'.
